Our story

From a scoop of happiness,
to a space for happiness & joy.

Satimi.Sook was founded in 2025 with the intention of creating a space that belongs with nature, and sharing happiness through the things we make with care — from homemade ice cream to cacao sourced from different regions across Thailand, roasted, stone-ground and crafted in our own way.

The inspiration for Satimi.Sook came from Satimi, our little homemade ice cream shop in Thong Sala, founded in 2014. Satimi brought us back to a simple question: how do we want to grow from here?

Satimi.Sook grew from that question — with love and intention.

For us, Satimi.Sook is more than an ice cream shop. It brings together homemade ice cream, Thai craft cacao, thoughtful design, nature, creativity and people — a place where everyone can slow down, connect and share simple moments together.

Satimi.Sook was designed to sit gently within the landscape that was already here.

Micropile foundations were chosen to minimise disturbance to the existing ground, while the bamboo columns follow the natural rhythm of the coconut trees.

From cacao to cup.

Selected Thai cacao is slowly roasted, then stone-ground for 48 hours to develop its character before becoming the cacao we serve at Satimi.Sook.
